Returns

At TRYBE GANG, every product is made to order specifically for you.

Because each item is custom-produced after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference for a different color or style

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please email hello@trybegang.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll either:

  • Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Claims submitted more than 7 calendar days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Exchanges

Because every item is produced on demand specifically for each customer, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that this right may not apply to products that are custom-made or produced specifically for an individual customer.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
